The first place of Arizona golf courses is in Sedona, a city of less than four million people. The most important course here is a fifteen minute drive from town. It sits between the top of a Mesa and an overhanging desert. The program is eight hundred yards long and forty yards wide. The slopes on this course are more than ten degrees using a sand bunker at the base for tee shots.
